Track Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after that email for tracking to begin updating.

Haven't received a tracking email yet?

Personalized pieces take 7 business days to be made before they ship, so tracking won't appear until your piece is finished. Most personalized orders arrive approximately two weeks from the day you order. Pieces from our Ready to Ship collection ship within 1–2 business days.

If it's been longer than expected, check your spam folder first — shipping confirmations sometimes land there.

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived

Please check with neighbors and your local post office first, as carriers occasionally mark packages early or leave them in an unexpected spot. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days and we'll help.
